Carefully place the unused Baking Steel and any accessories back into their original heavy-duty packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned steel for damage, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
